We want you to be satisfied with i18nMate. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds for our Pro subscription plan.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment and is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable.
3. Pro Subscription Refunds
3.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with i18nMate Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or first subscription payment. No reason is required.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@i18nmate.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)
3.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle.com).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund — please submit a separate refund request if applicable.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the charge date
- The subscription has been used extensively (high usage volume) beyond the 14-day window
- Account suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
We review each request on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions at our discretion.
6. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
- Please contact support@i18nmate.com first so we can resolve the issue.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or credit will be provided.
